CRRIT's Placement Cell make the last leg of the journey to the final destination not only a fruitful one but also the Team of Placement Cell does not keep any stone unturned. From the preparation of the placement brochure to the summer placements and the final recruitments their efforts are always directed towards providing the best interface as representatives of an institute of high repute.

CRRIT has a well-established Placement Cell, which facilitates the students in their prospective career development. Placement Cell guides the students to decide their future career paths by counseling, motivating and mentoring them. The Placement Cell is equipped with the necessary infrastructure to augment the placement, career development and successive career planning processes

CRRIT Corporate relations team is in constant touch with eminent industrialists, professionals, alumni for a perpetual relationship in building talent, sharing knowledge, and meeting their corporate requirements in this process.

Placement Procedure:

Placement Cell in discussion with the student body discusses and finalizes the Sectors, Companies and Profiles to be targeted for the Placements. After the finalization and calling of a Corporate/Company, following procedures are followed :

Pre #65533; Placement Talks : Pre #65533; Placement Talks are integral part of a placement event as it is a 2 â#65533; way communications process and provides an opportunity for the recruiting companies and the students to interact. A presentation by company official about the company profile, the job description, number of exact openings, the career progression, the remuneration offered etc. gives a very consequential insight to each aspiring student.

Prospective Candidates: Once the PPT takes, place and the student have a positive outlook for the company, they show their interest in the Profile offered by the Company and Placement cell collates the resumes for further process.

Interview Schedule: Once the company selects the candidates to be screened, Placement Cell fix ups interviews on the campus or the company's office. After completion of interview, feedback from the company is taken and result of the same is declared.
